Penstock Operating Equipment

Treble R Fabrications are manufacturers of various types of Operating Gear.

All operating gear will be selected to the customers needs and will operate the selected Penstock using Teekey / Square Cap, Handwheel, Gearbox and Handwheel for larger units, Electrical Actuators, Hydraulic Cylinders or Pneumatic Cylinders. Larger operating gear can also be supplied using Portable Electrical, Hydraulic or Pnematic devises.

The material selection for operating gear will be subject to the environmental needs. Operating gear pillars, Guide brackets, Thrust housings, Drive nuts and Spindle material can be interchanged. Subject to Water Authority specifications, Export specifications or indeed Individual Plant / Location specifications. Operating gear parts can be Plastic, Aluminium, Mild Steel treated or various selected grades of Stainless Steel.
